More than just a cafe

Uncover sits on a quiet stretch of Sector 12A Road in Dwarka. Inside, it is brick walls, soft lamps and long tables. Step out and you are on the patio, green and open, the part of the cafe most people end up asking for.

The kitchen keeps three things going at once: North Indian curries, Continental plates like pasta and thin crust pizza, and pan-Asian dishes such as dimsum and chowmein. Most tables order across all three.
